Design Service
The design of metal components is a critical part of our business relationships and is often where it all begins. Using the latest CAD/CAM software and skilled, modern precision engineering design techniques, NMS Metalworks closely work with its customers from the start. Our metal design services consistently deliver design enhancements, quality improvements, cost competitiveness, and shorter market lead times.

Cutting
Precision and professional cutting using CNC Plasma Cutting technology, to achieve high definition and precise results.

Folding
Sheet metal folding covers the bending, folding and pressing of sheet metal into a predetermined shape. Metal bending is used to create many different products. Due to the nature of sheet metal, it is possible for it to be reshaped in many ways. This can include rolling and bending We can fold materials of various thickness provided they are up to three metres in length, thanks to our press brakes – which have seven axes. We can also save the details of your parts to our database, so that if you require any more of the same fold, we can provide it quickly and efficiently.
Welding
The metal welding facilities at NMS Metalworks include highly-skilled, manual MIG and TIG welding for an extensive range of ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Our highly experienced welders specialise in welding of low to medium gauge material and are trained to a very high standard. This is availiable in house and on site.
Metal Finishings
Metal finishing is a crucial process in our design-to-delivery metal manufacturing service, with metal finishing treatments avaliable powder coating, wet painting, galvanizing, electro plating and lacquering
Onsite installations
If required we can professionaaly install all projects to your rquired destinatuon, whether this be Domestic, commercial, Industrial or an Airpot location.
